Booking Policies and Cancellation Terms

To maintain fair access to appointments for all families, we follow these guidelines:

Booking deposit

For first-haircut packages, parties, or extended sensory sessions, a deposit may be required at booking.

Cancellation policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule standard appointments. Party and extended appointments may require 48–72 hours’ notice. Specific deposit and cancellation terms will be confirmed at booking.
